Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Might Morphin Alien Rangers and Power Rangers Zeo were the only good series that were made... Ever since then, the series have focused on introducing as many new characters, weapons and zords as possible, in order to increase merchandise revenue. Too much emphasis has also been placed on CGI and animation. The directors need to study MMPR and go back to basics.

Ok, the best series was mighty morphin to power rangers in space, mainly b/c they are all connected. Seriously, check it out for yourself. After that, SPD, Dinothunder and RPM.... well rpm was decent. Other than that, some of the others were ok....

They never used the costumes and also they never got to really play out those storylines. The best they can do without losing out on all of the action sequences is to mention pervious rangers in passing like what happened in Dino Thunder

And in Dino Thunder they had an episode pretty much detailing MMPR history from the beginning up to that point in time. I'm saying stuff like that is fine, but honestly its really hard to interconnect different seasons openly. Like I said before you can't stretch out a season unless you re work it all and then it starts to get stale after a bit. MMPR is all in the past now.
