hmm... i dont think this would actually work coz my dad works with and cuts glass all day and everyday and i think he would of attempted or even heard of this method before

I can cut (more like break) glass with scissors too, no real trick there, the water does nothing at all (other than to hide other pieces). I am a glazier and have cut enough glass to know better than this crap

I'm guessing the water helps conceal a piece of plastic already in the sink....Because the water, plastic and glass are all transparent, it's a challenge visually to differentiate between each one and other under the movement of water....I'm guessing when they're turning the glass over whilst it's immersed they're actually making the switch....
