Nice work man. Any particular reason you don't use an alternate grip? Have you tried and just not found any benefit? Got my own first 550lb deadlift this month...but at 180lbs :(
@sparkskk 550 is a nice pull for 180 be proud of it! I used to use the alternate grip right up until I filmed the beginning of this video. For me, I just like this hook grip better, I like the symmetry, and not having any worry in my mind about bicep tears.
Amazing progress, bro. Your bench press is great too.

(continued)
-Stop doing the high rep sets with bad form, they just contribute to the problem
-Focus on each rep, think leg drive off the floor, pull back, then hips through to finish the lift
-The hard part I'll probably have to use less weight in the beginning so I'll have to relax and focus on the form.

@tlast2012dude @AhmedFQQ
Thanks! Here's the notes I wrote down, and looked over before my deadlift days:
-Stop jerking the bar off the floor, all its doing is messing up my starting position
-Lean back more, get arms/traps/etc. relaxed and long. Get into a strong starting position and take slack out of the bar.
-Once bars at knees, just think hips forward and get the knees straight and just stand straight up, don't lean way back because my knees unlock.
-Lock out with the bar low as possible.
