I'm posting this classic video clip on FACEBOOK. And like I said, please add "Sale of the Century" to the GSN lineup, hopefully by this Fall 2011, including that lousy contestant Alice Conkright playing for the entire lot including a cash jackpot of $77,000!
I agree. Jim Perry would say, "Goodbye, Alice, you have been rotten!!" Speaking of rotten, that classic game show: "Sale of the Century," should air on GSN [Game Show Network] coming soon, and they all better be good.
Good news! I've just signed in the petition to add both "Sale of the Century" and "Scrabble" to GSN [Game Show Network]! Let's hope that these two classic TV game shows should be added to the GSN Line-up coming soon. Okay? Thank you!!
@dalabaso428 We all wish that the old game shows would come back to GSN, or someone buys the rights and a TV channel (takes some losses) and starts a new game show network. The current GSN sucks. Well, most of cable/satellite TV sucks. Here is to wishful thinking.
I believe in you, indeed!! Because, classic episodes (beginning with the very first episode which was originally aired on NBC Daytime on January 03, 1983) should premiere on GSN on January 04, 2009. This will indeed add to the GSN programming lineup, thank you very much!!
Correction: Sale of the Century should air on Monday, February 1st, 2010 beginning with the premiere episode on GSN (Game Show Network). Please be there!!
$115 is a Big Record for Sale of the Century, but the Biggest Record goes to Bill Fogel, who won his last game with $145, prior to buying a $61,000 Cash Jackpot.
No, it's not Lacey from Card Sharks, she's actually Summer Barthomolew, the co-host/model from the USA version of Sale of the Century, thank you very much.
They knew that Sale of the Century was aired mostly in syndication in the Spring of 1985, but reran that episode originally on USA Network since circa 1993. How-ever, do you think it's possible to air that upcoming same episode in which they suppose to air on GSN [Game Show Network] in the near future? Please do so and I thank you so very much.
So THAT's how she did it!!! Not to nitpick, but it would've been badass to see the whole clip play out. Beggars can't be choosers though. Thanks for the vid!
The contestants normally sat female male female or male female male. It's rare to see the contestants sit male male female. I think it aired in March or APril 1985

Look at Summer. She is hot with those black pantyhose. Also, I miss game shows on daytime TV aired by the networks.

@kdeviljay Who are you kiding? Lee Menning was far hotter than Summer. Ew.

This came from the syndicated series that ran from 1985-1986. I believe this aired sometime in mid to late 1985.
