how hard is it to qualify? How are the tenants? Is it quiet? DO cars get stolen from the parking lot and is it safe? Do they have a lot of screaming kids?
@wrsawy you have to meet minimum credit check requirements and not have had a previous eviction. tenants on the whole are nice, it's pretty quiet, not a lot of kids around here, no cars stolen/broken into while I've been here, very safe.
