olive garden (at least in the US) does not have Parmigiano Regiano. they use second rate domestic cheese that tastes like saw dust. other than that, i have no problem with Olive Garden's cusine..
No offense and i'm sure it tastes great, but if you use that much heavy cream and parmesan of course its gonna taste good--this guy seems to use those a lot.
