  • Should this always be done with heels elevated? Or progress down to flat heels?

    I'll start with 25lb plates and move down to 10's, 5's, etc as long as form remains solid eventually hoping to get to the floor.  If the athlete has limitations in core or t-spine then this should work. If dorsiflexion restriction is present, they may not get past the 25lb plate.
