- BOMB PIKMIN! They are black and fat and when you throw them they explode in 3 seconds unless you call them back with your whistle
- rainbow pikmin. these are like bulbmin only you can take them out of caves.
- platinum pikmin. you get these by beating the game. they are invincible and can kill any creature (except a boss) with one hit.
