How in denial is THIS lady?! First she fucks up at being a mom and monitoring her own child and now she wants to blame eveyone else and potentially pass a law that will infringe on citizen's God-given rights. And just who gets to decide what "cyber-bullying" is and what kind of punishments should be ensued? What other forms of free speech will be targeted next? If someone talks shit on the net about Obama is that "terrorism"? Where does it stop? I know I'm not supposed to say it, but F HER.
all of this just to see if your kid was being backstabbed by a X BFF, welcome to being a teenager. Lori needs to realize to stay out of her daughters friends business >:( poor girl :(

LMFAO ive been on the internet since 12. How many times did people take me for a fool and got me hard? many but cmon, you turn the computer OFF and you go out to the real world. A dumb woman trolled a young girl and they wanna blame HER for the GIRL's suicide? bah. It's the parents and the girl's fault. She had no life and depended on some ghost boy in myspace pathetic. i hope they do not DARE to use this as a scapegoat for draconian measures. Lori Drew's case was dimissed (July 3)
(pt.2) liked her and had become a friend, then she used this friendship to eventually hurt this young girl and send depression to the pits of despair. Another thing that makes me mad is that the reporters are blaming Myspace. It's not the website's fault, it's Lori Drew's fault. The parents probably didn't want to admit that it was their carelessness that led to this poor girl's suicide. It makes me wonder HOW they didn't know about her depression beforehand...
Lori Drew must of had some indication that the girl suffered from depression, or has a personal hatred for this girl, which is why she commented that the World would be a better place with her. Some teenagers can be easily hurt from harsh criticisms which is why most sexual predators prey on the young and naive. I think this Lori Drew knew all along that this poor girl had become emotionally attached to someone she thought (pt. 1)
hey is tru what you said but hey the one who said this would it be a better place without you was not her was the 19 orld girl who admited he wrote that without asking anyone she said she told her that because she wanted to end up that acount so don't blame the lady for words she did't said I hate the lady for what she did but she did not worked alone she and the 19 year old girl where working together so she has to pay to no only loris but both because this girl was who said the bad words
Man im sick of bullying i wish i was there for her. Its such a waste of a soul. Why do people do this? for the fun of it? I mean I sometimes do this but not to the point of overwhelming a person. Sorry about caps and writing error lost the use of my left arm from getting hit by drunk driver.
This is another case of the parents not being there and another case where the mother goes on to get another law instated to restrict our freedom because they didn't do their job as a parent.
I fault both the mother who committed fraud using myspace, and the mother of the child that committed suicide. I guarantee that not everything was right in the home and willing to bet that she had thought about committing suicide even before this event. This event pushed her over the edge.
it is the parents fault! myspace is for 13 yr olds! they should of monitered her depression closely if she was this way and got her futher professional help! parents fault ya !
shes right shes not the only person but still what she did was so wrong lori drew did this because meagan didn't wanna be friends with her daughter anymore because she was going to another school and she wanted revenge so she made the account and sent the mean messages all because she ended there friendship thats just so mean
Sadly, Lori Drew, her daughter and her employee did not act alone. Here's hoping that everyone else who joined in with them by typing and sending hate messages to Megan on that fateful day, are aware and never, EVER, forget they too bear responsibility for this tragedy.
