  • This looks really good!

  • Gimme some Moffle Fries! >:0

  • so gooooey <3

  • is it marshmallow?

  • The video's I've seen use a sheet type in the moffle iron. It will come out better and be easy to fill then. you could pre steam yours to roll out to the right size and shape.

  • I tried mochi before and didn't really like it. It was like bubble-gum.

I will have to give it another go like this. Looks nice.

  • @Apashiol is it just a marshmallow

  • @AIMvoth24mkwchamp Mochi is a Japanese food made from pounding glutinous rice flour.

I have made these since last commenting and I could only describe it as something like a giant rice crispy that is chewy in the middle. Moffles are great.

  • Yum!

  • this music makes me very happy

  • @legendofzeke lol!!

  • yummy!

  • What is he dipping the moffle in at 2:00?

  • Sugar and soy sauce.

  • Ah thanks. I've never combined those two particular things, but I'll have to try. As a side, I made moffles recently and really liked them. Standout toppings: lemon juice and powdered sugar, nutella.

  • @rivernak why sugar and soy sauce? why not syrup?

  • @keylala0222 before the waffle iron technique, we would pan-roast mochi in an iron skillet and serve with the soy sauce and sugar mixture. it's just carrying over a familiar taste. i might try syrup next time though!

  • @rivernak Wow... a true American.

  • they are really good
