People can elect politicians, who are not corrupt and they can build parties, which try to install a more democratic system with a great part of direct democracy (referendums).

If some Jews do or did evil things, not every Jew is a criminal, if some Christians do or did evil things, not every Christian is a criminal, if some Muslims do or did evil things, not every Muslim is a criminal.

Try to look an the individual person and stop it's criminality and you will not be unjust.
