I agree that your legs are looking BIGGER. The chest/lat area is big too but u must have been born that way, right?? What you doing to give your big biceps more of a peak?
My quads have been a strong point for a while but my hams needed work so this year I took the time to focus on them a lot. My chest has always responded well but my back needed more thickness. So I'm doing my best to fix this problem before next show. For my biceps I'm doing a lot of high reps and peak contractions to focus on the peak. I'm happy so far with the results, but it will be a while until they are good. Right now, they're a work in progress.

I plan to compete next May hopefully but I plan to go back to being a lightheavyweight, Middleweight is not heavy enough for my frame and height, I looked too flat and not thick enough last show. Though my conditioning was pretty great.
Luka your muscles have ballooned right out, especially your quads, chest and shoulders. The most muscular at 2.04 is mind blowing. Big balloons of flesh. Well done. Diet obviously spot on.
