  • 6:23-6:35=<3

Fuck. Such an underrated riff from the best and most underrated era of Sabbath :'(

  • just found a great website that listed some short fingered guitarists. Tony Iommi was one of them. I might be able to learn these sabbath riffs without needing hands like a monkey.

  • Nice tribute!!!

  • wow what guitar is that anyways nice keep going

  • GRAN TRIBUTO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what amp settings do you use?

  • i love the sound of ur equipment, how do you get that sound, amp? pedals? ect?

  • The pick ups dude...

  • well done

  • You played the Paranoid riff incorrectly.

  • read descrition

  • Yep. Saw that after I posted. But it's weird because it seems most bands that cover play it wrong. Or at least it seems weird, anyway.

Oh yeah, by the way, way to go, "Niklas"

  • no, tony plays it at the 12th fret, thats what he did.

  • Well done man, really enjoyed that

  • I have my own ''Tribute To Black Sabbath'' composition and to see it go to ''you-tube'' and type in ''zepkid1'' This is a 9 minute piece that took me 4 years to work out.I still need to upload a better version but you will get the idea and feel of my feelings for one of the greatest bands ever. I am playing on my Hendrix Woodstock reissue stratacaster

  • best video of this category here.

  • Why would anyone play paranoid for a tribute to Iommi? It's bad, that's all.

not the tribute, it wasn't THAT bad, but the Paranoid thing, It's bad.

  • Behind the wall of sleep? man i want to create a SB tribute band are u in?

  • Hey. You are modest. That was just great. Tony would be very impressed I am sure. Very good economy of motion. I really like it and I know the music well.

  • play war pigs

  • WHO MISSED "WHEELS OF CONFUSSION"

  • That was not Tony Iommi, but it was not so bad, but Tony would do way better with his 2 fingers than this man with 4......anyway good job, but it had been a lot better if tony had played this....

  • Black Sabbath 00:00-00:15 NIB 00:25-00:36 Paranoid 00:37-00:48 (dunno, but I think it have a part of Iron Man in there lol) Lord of this World 00:50 Into the Void 1:16 Snowblind 1:30 Sabbath Bloody Sabbath 2:00 Virtual Death 2:35 Heaven & Hell 3:03 Children of the Sea 3:22 ??? • Thanks for the great contribution. Many have asked but, I didnt see any replies to two important questions about your sound. If you can please... 1) Amp used? 2)What if any effects. Thanks man... good work

  • is embryo a real song??

by the original sabbath or any sabbath era

  • Embryo is a 28 sec long instrumental song, 3rd song on the Master of Reality album... it's an intro to Children of the Grave but Embryo is considered as a song on it's own if you know what I mean... I hope I helped :)

    and yes it's Ozzy era:D

  • Bro, Great tone on that Custom Shop Iommi! HOW MUCH is that thing worth nowadays?!

  • Looks like the epiphone G400 version, probably less than $500.00

  • Its the Epiphone version. The custom shop has the crosses up the neck, the Epiphone only goes to the 12th.

  • dude, you made me cry. Tony is a God`s chosen person just like Jimmy Hendrix. Nobody will ever replace him. Modern musicians are good but not original, everything has already been invented by old-school musicians = Purple, Zeppelin, Sabbath and Uriah Heep, these are called R4. You keep me alive!!

  • Hail to the riff-master and God of Heavey Metal guitar.

  • Can someone please tell me what song is played at 2,42. It´s from the "after-ozzy" years right? It sounds really nice! You rock! Hail Sabbath!

  • I thought i could recognize all of his riffs, but i have no idea what song that is. It's not from the ozzy years, that's for sure.

  • hey, Can you please tell me what is the effect you are using-? thanks a lot!!

  • i want to get a guitar like that

    amazing!

  • tony iommi is one of my favorite guitarist and you have done him justice good job

the metal gutarist of today have excelent skill but they cant compare to this no matter how fast they play

tony played with simplicity and still sounds better than the metal gutarist of now

  • Clap, Clap, Clap, Very Well Done.

  • You are goooooood!

  • Is this an Epiphone or an Gibson?

  • Hes verry good

  • Good gutarist

  • hey this is geezer from the Black Sabbath forum GREAT!!

  • Very cool,no St. Vitus Dance though? Didn't Iommi also use banjo strings and downtune?

  • even left handed... now that's a fan of Iommi!!! lol

simply the greatest guitar player of all time... can you send me the tabs for some of the riffs? lol

    Thanks, Fezz.

  • dude just look them them up

  • I am very impressed. Very nice overall. Children of the Sea rythm seemed a little off, but still very nicely played. I was glad to see you play stuff from the Dio years and Martin years too. Finally someone appreciates those songs even if they aren't ozzy.

  • Like the iommi pickup tone on this guitar - i installed them in my SG standard. what amp are you using?

  • damn, that was good and gr8 sound

  • cool really liked the eternal idol stuff u really got his sound (less bottom end though)but try putting even more vibrato in the chords (the neck on the epi iommi can be bent pretty well too) and use very thins strings but actually it was really good

  • i want this as my fuckin ringtone dude...

  • Do you have to sware, your inarticulate, if you know what the word means Dude

  • Signature SG... left hooker too! Very cool my friend. Very cool indeed. You seem to really have the man's sound down too... I kinda hope he sees this cos I'm sure he'd be chuffed. Really a GREAT tribute to the godfather. Good work fella!

  • Thank very much, thank you!

  • It is great to have an idol, and not get ridiculous about it. Tony is great. An early inspiration to me, I was about 13 when I first got into him. Then he just kept putting out recordings and to this day, WOW! Thanks for the sounds and PEACE brother.

  • are you playing in a band? IF NOT, LET ME KNOW!
