@shadowlugia234 on trainee island if you go to the opening of the kenta valley there will be a small hut with two people, take the first mission that is available from them and complete it, afterwards the other person will have a mission available and one of the rewards you get for completing it is the heart, all the heart does though is collect items around you, but it is fun to have.
