  • If yuo need your chest out..do you have to like arch your back lying on a bench doing bench flys?

  • doesnt working out the chest while having this increase the way of it sticking out?

  • @luckybitchfo I don't think so because you're working the muscle and tightening it, but I'll bet it takes a while to see results.

  • @Lennon4ever1 ive a bit of mb, but im 50. and ive been training chest twice a week for a year and have been seeing great results- ive lost weight , tightened up the chest and am slowly shaping it with muscle. its slow alright but im trying to avoid surgery. im getting there.

  • @toejam498 Yep! I'm 52 with the same problem..and it will probably take me 9 months to a year if I keep at it. -Glad to hear your progress

  • @Lennon4ever1 keep at it big guy. 3 things,- stair master or treadmill 3 times a week- cut out pop and garbage food- upper chest excersies

  • Hi I have a question how much weight are you lifting there? I'm 194 lbs and 6 foot 1 so should I have more weight and low reps or low reps with less weight?
