  • I agree with carter0012. You know the song well just practice bends and pick.

  • Hi...nice playing man .great music..thanks..peace and love.

  • thank you man!

    peace..

  • nice playin..! Sure, you can play without a pick. some really good players don't use a pick - Mark Knopfler (one of my favourite players) is strictly a fingers man and Jeff Beck actually stopped using a pick a few years ago.

Just a couple of things to mention though...

First of all, some techniques really do require a pick, such as ultra fast alternate picking (AKA "shredding") that you often find in rock/metal.

  • thanx a lot...:)

  • And use a pick. It will sounds much better and you will be able to play much better too!

I played with my thump too, but now I dont know any better then playing with a pick, and it's much better and relaxing! Try it!

    Thanks for subscribing too!

  • thanx man for the advise...

i feel easy without a pick but

    i sure will try..!

  • need a little work keeping it in tune and getting the bends to pitch and getting it to flow better, id say you should probably use a pic instead of your fingers too for that song.. but practise makes perfect !
