The cops would get him for exhibition of speed instead.... You can get an exhibition of speed citation even for doing a burnout! I'm sure they'd also give him equipment citations as well. He was probably going well over 100mph to need a parachute, so that's a felony as well!

@antibootleg its a manual valve body on an auto tranny. not something you get off a tuner websight...tephtronic or how ever you spell it is gay. you shift the computer still waits and takes forever and is gay and the trans sux (cause its stock usually) one of thoes you pull backwards and its in gear right then no computer gettin in the way
