It is very difficult to know the truth about these things. There is also plenty of evidence to suggest that the bible has been manipulated anyway, although some of it is probably based on truth. I don't have the original footage but I have seen an old B&W VT copy of it. I maybe saw it sometime in the 90's. If you image search for the newsreader Andrew Gardner who, by most accounts was presenting the 'hijacked' ITN broadcast, you will see he clearly does not look like Cliff Michelmore who is shown in this video. The original voice of Vrillon was a cut-glass type of RP British accent. I guess aliens have advanced voice synthesis software and can mimic any accent.

This is NOT the event as it occurred in 1977. The video shows the TV anchorman Cliff Michelmore on Day By Day and the voice is someone else. This has been faked for more dramatic effect. Vrillon did break through into a broadcast in '77 but it didn't look like this.

It's interesting how the focus is placed on the authenticity of the message rather than the message it'self.
As if proof of it's authenticity would impact how we deal with the content in some meaningful way?
Assuming this was indeed hoaxed, the hoaxers went out of their way to deliver a message that carries a great deal of weight and truth.

It is very difficult to know the truth about these things. There is also plenty of evidence to suggest that the bible has been manipulated anyway, although some of it is probably based on truth. Whether the transmission is a fake or not we may never know but the message related seems to be fairly genuine. I don't understand how people relate this to the NWO as there is a difference between a dictatorship and living in cooperative love. It is impossible to make an assessment purely from intellect

An amazing stunt. I have heard over the years pirate radio stations cutting over the top of other stations all the time. they just needed the right kit which would have been hard but not impossible. It seems to cliche. Echo chamber, cheesy names, synthesizer noise throughout. Interesting why would aliens hijack uk tv anyway. I can just imagine jack and vera eating chips after the pub hearing it would have such impact. The calculation at the end made me laugh. oh how people put 2 and 2 together

@stevemonkey78 Synthesizers would have to have been used for broadcasting purposes, since these aliens only communicate telepathically. It shouldn't be any surprise to us since we got our technology from them, but it should have been a big surprised back then since synthesizers didn't exist at that time.

@david1057 Sythesizers and similar sound equipment were about at the time and had been about for many years. look up moog. listen to dark side of the moon by pink floyd that was made in 1973. early synthesizer equipment dates back to the 50s. The television service would have had all sorts of equipment how would you know that they didnt use sound equipment to broadcast...though its more likely that the track was recorded first then broadcast.

This equipment was not widely available to the average Joe at that time as it is today. Second point to consider, is that even if it was (Which it wasn't), then we're face with the highjacking of the multiple transmitters all simultaneously, with again, no widely equipment available to accomplish such task. Even in the year 2000, such task would have been almost impossible to accomplished.

@david1057 in what way was my statement suggesting I thought pink floyd were resposable for the broadcast... though it was just as likely as aliens. I was mearly stating that if you listen to the album the is evidence that synthesizers existed as you said that they did not. now you say say this equipment was not available to the average joe. wrong again many simple effects were about and had been for years. flanger's, chorus, echo chambersext were widely used by loads of people.

@david1057 well think about it. per person less people die in war now then they did 50 years ago, there are no more big ideolagical war like in ww1,ww2, and the cold war. most wars now are small political ones, and even they are starting too fade, and as a whole "in america and EU at least." people are more racial and culturaly tallerant. i say this becouse i watch the news, read news papers and talk to represenatives. i have a degree in political science. this is what i love.

@Abignalessuccessor Although people who control the media may label it as a hoax, we need to admit that a hoax of this caliber would have been almost impossible to accomplish in the 70's. Transmitting towers being hijacked simultaneously is almost unheard of, even at this day & age.
