4 tsp of yeast in 100 ml of warm water with 1 tsp of sugar, stir cover and let rise, 4 cups of flour, salt, pour yeast in flour with 1 cup warm water, make dough should be a harder dough, then make 3 loafs out of it and cover on the counter with a bag or w.e u have, in 10 min they should rise , then put them in boiling water, cover immediatley let cook on med heat after 15- 17 min take them out stab it with a knife so the steam will escape from dumpling, then cut them with a thread :)
@dark33r you can find it - in Australia, you can buy it as some bakeries or health food stores. It is often called "contintental flour'. Believe me, I grew up in a Czechoslovakian family in an Australian backwater, and we found it.

The closest flower in US is probably Wondra. It has to be a coarse flower.
