Oh hello! Have you heard about anxiety zero technique (I think its at anxiety0.info)? Ive heard some great things about it and my father pretty much cured anxiety and panic attacks with it.
Fear of physical harm is normal for everyone. Fear of consequences keeps us from doing dumb stuff! Those fears keep us alive, & are normal. You're not alone! But fear of co-workers, classmates, adults, etc., is learned, & is unfortunately the tool the powerful (religious leaders, politicians, and the highly profitable businesses (95% of every business you've ever heard of), in this country of ours! When you think about it, these pretty silly fears can be placed in the BS bin of your mind!

This is easier said than done. Fear, anxiety comes from many many years of practise. So it's a lot harder to treat.

man, ive had an anziety disorder for 15 years, that had nothing to do with the subject, and was one of the worst attempts in doing so.
