  • ouch!!!

  • judo is better then anything

  • @TheSaki440 except bjj

  • @DHREVOLUTION if u dont have anything nice 2 say keep it 2 ur self

  • this is the basic method of getting juji gatame. i know several methods all more advanced than this. bloody yanks haven't got a clue!!!

  • I've been put in an armbar countless times and it just doesn't hurt idk if thars just or what. Like maybe I habe weird arms lol but idk

  • @CWShock They are probably doing it wrong. The joint of the elbow is suppose to tork in way that your arm becomes dislocated or worse.

  • this doesnt hurt at all !!!! stupid submission!

  • @happy692 not many people do armbars right. instead of grabbing the wrist and laying back, sit up and tuxk his arm under yours, then go back. it wont squish ur nuts and its ten times more painful

  • is there somethin expert village dont have?

  • hoi

  • people will never gives the arm this way, but nice video ;D

  • and, if anyone want's to know HOW i broke them, feel free to ask.

  • as a disclaimer though, no i am not lying, no it was NOT staged, and YES i want legit info and opinions on this.

  • and i did break out of it, with a bit more effort because he is a lot stronger than garrett.. so on a dare from one of the younger kids, they both put me in an armbar, and i got out of them... so tell me. is this normal? or should i be expecting a lot of people saying things like, "oh thats impossible they probaly weren't trying very hard if you broke both of them." im not new to wrestlin (which is what we were demonstrating, and i am very flexable and this is something i had been practicing

  • is it normal... if you can get out of two arm bars at the same time? I am 15 years old 5 foot 11 inches and i weigh just shy of 195 lbs. my friend simon is 210 lbs, and is 5 foot 10 inches, and my friend Garrett is 5 foot 11 inches and 200 lbs. we were all demonstrating defensive moves, and somehow "how to break offensive moves" came up, and just to see if i could, garrett put me in an armbar.. i got out with no trouble, simon wanted to see if i could break out of his arm bar, so we tried

  • I love incorporating Judo with my BJJ. My sparring partners never know how to deal with it.

  • cool, im gonna go try this on my wife

  • Funny to see it's an advanced technique in judo and a basic lock in jiu-jitsu/sambo...

  • I like that technique!

  • For "advanced Judo" read "basic JiuJitsu"

  • @Rapist87 lol

  • @Rapist87 this is all basic ... i don't know why he put advanced in front :(

  • @Rapist87 judo is better imo

  • @Rapist87 owned

  • Looks like it hurts, but I still cant see why

  • @iceboss226

its pushin your elbow up . just try keep your own arm still and straight - grab the edge of a table with an underarm grip (like your arm is in an armbar) and push up from underneath your elbow

  • @iceboss226 put your arm out straight at a 90dagree from your body

put it on a flat surface about the length of elbow to shoulder with your palm up then have someone hang from your wrist

you should know why it hurts then

  • lika som boh deeeeeee

  • This Shit is NOOB American sheater !

  • Lol, i know this is judo, but that would like never work in MMA submission wrestling, bjj. Just saying

  • @cantwait4mw2 what do you mean this woudnt work in mma it happens all the time

  • @jonysalamy25 The armbar finish yes, but when a guy is down he will never place his arms like that. Anyone who fights MMA on a relative high level know better than that. the finish happens alot but the setup to it, No.

  • @cantwait4mw2 except that people end up in that position all the time

their trying to get up and they dont want to let people get the hooks in so they turtle up

  • @jonysalamy25 i have trained MMA quite long now and i have watch manny mma fights and never have i seen a guy who turtles like that

  • @cantwait4mw2 you must not watch as much as you think

  • 0:28 - 0:35 IS FUCKING GAY!!!!!!!!!.

  • @StFuMoThErFuCkEr maybe it looks gay for someone who's never done a martial art, because back mount is used in alot of different martial arts like Judo, JJ, BJJ, MMA... you name it.

  • @IversonRockz watever, but you gotta admit, that that part looks kinda weird.

  • @StFuMoThErFuCkEr nah not really.. if it takes backmount to submit an opponent, i'll do it.. dont really care that it looks 'gay' to some ppl.. but yeah, as i said, if you dont train and do this often, it might look a bit odd xD

  • Doesn't it hurts when your pulling that arm right in your own nuts?? Or are they wearing a cup?

  • @kortessem1 you pinch your knees together so you trap their arm, this vid is wrong cause you dont cross your ankles on this armbar

  • lol that small guy in the white is a real bitch... his partner tapped out three times before he let go xD

  • hey my comment is on the top!!!! thats for the first time ever =)

  • Haha the guys taping his leg like let me the fuck go!

  • Im joining judo at school but after one day i quit.. it's scary :( i do want to stay but my body is telling me to quit.. but i still want to join! im so confused!! :(

  • before i start im going to say I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT THIS, okay well i was wondering what makes this hurt im thinking the pubic bone pushes the shoulder-streching all the ligaments, muscles - dislocating the arm, but another person said they broke someones arm so i was wondering where the pressure or pain is in the arm and i still cant imagine this hurting (oviously it does though) i hope this made sense.

  • @MiKaKo22 Or is it the elbow IM SO CONFUSED!!

  • @MiKaKo22 Yeay I was wondering about that too. But my uncle was a former blackbelt judo so he can show me(letting me feel the pain lol)

  • Hmm thx but this is technique is from Aikido, jiujitsu and Kung Fu too =)

  • @shakespearsplat your right, but i still dont get what your point is lol

  • @daveyboy728 ...

  • @shakespearsplat haha i dont know why i wrote that looking back lol :P

  • @shakespearsplat

    and kalaripayattu as well :)

  • @shakespearsplat Judo was made from Ju- jutsu :)

  • @shakespearsplat It was all called by one name at some point in the history of martial arts.

  • @shakespearsplat no one said its excluisve to judo...its also in brazilian jiu jitsu :P

  • @Kalernor aye but bjj descended from judo, which descended from jiu jitsu where aikido descended from and jiu jitsu descended from some chinese martial art :P, btw it also in Sambo and certain wrestling styles.

  • @TheObelix876 yes i know all that(except for the sambo part)

  • @Kalernor :P

  • @shakespearsplat It even exists in western wrestling.

  • @Svittidiu lol

  • @shakespearsplat You got a problem with what I said?

  • @Svittidiu why i should have ? :P

  • @shakespearsplat What are you up to, mother fucker? Spit it out.

  • @Svittidiu lol i am a magician, the only thing i spit out is cards ;)

  • @shakespearsplat Fuck you cunt :--DDD

  • @Svittidiu :) i have a good question....

i said that this technique was form aikibudo or aikido or Whatever martial arts Defense sh**

and you said It even exists in western wrestling, and i said Lol, than you said Do you got a problem what is said?

then i aswered Why i should have? :P

and then yyou were pissed of but why? ^^

  • @shakespearsplat First we start with you explaining why you said 'lol' in the first place.

  • @Svittidiu oh ok sry that i said lol then

  • yeah imma use this on a bully so hell hop off y dick >:DDD

  • isnt this jiujitsu too?

  • i put this dude in a dick bar, and broke it

  • They try to teach me this in self defence... once im sparing on the floor i forget it all and can only think to try and get on top of my opponent.... all these moves take too much time... in a real fight with 3 or 4 guys (yes real life scenario) your fucked... coz once ur on the floor ur gonna have the shit kicked out of you.

  • This is a good move, it's also a MMA technique

  • @asoka2000 you now, that there is an MMA school, MMA means mixed martail arts, on the back of them stands, Champions martail arts, MMA is a mix of a lot of fight sport, this is really jiu-jitsu or judo, they use is in MMA, but they may use every technic of any fight sport

  • @xboxfreakie Yes I know MMA means Mixed Martial Arts, I myself did MMA for 7 yrs., what's your point ?

  • Can someone please explain where on the arm the pain affects the person you're applying it to and how intense the pain is? Does it hyperextend a joint or something, I can't figure out whether it's the shoulder or elbow.

  • @swot4life786 im gessing it affects the upper arm and it will break there arm or shoulder

  • @swot4life786 Its the hyperextension of the elbow joint. That's is why when trying to counter it, if you lower your elbow below his crotch the immediate danger is gone (of course he can always reset).

  • what is the key to the armbar?? do you have to push on the person with you thighs?

  • @killerneon302 There are many keys to the armbar. Their elbow has to be above your crotch, the leg over the face is very important controlling the person from getting up, and when you lean back their thumb has to be pointing upwards. There are other factors to making a great armbar but the ones I mentioned seem to be very crucial.

  • @filmmaster2000 its not as easy as you think... and tho you roll over he still has your arm...

  • how are you supposed to perform this without damaging your, "cough", groin

  • look at the position he puts him in.. this is ver homosexual... i as part of the gay community got an erection... this video is soooo hooottttt ilove wathin cubans do it in the ass!!! (I have a BONER)

  • @douchebag212121 what the fuck

  • @gradd95 AGREED!

  • @douchebag212121 ????????????? fuck you

  • TAPOUT! ha

  • crazy shit.

  • this is a shit lock all you have to do is roll backwards and your out

  • @filmmaster2000 Not when applied correctly.

  • @filmmaster2000 this isnt a shit lock......how are u gona roll backwards in under 5 seconds?!?!? o wait ur not cus ur not gona know wats goin on

  • @cgskillsugspartan Hi-5 dude High- 5

  • @DavaJr haha thanks

  • @cgskillsugspartan dude 4real what makes him or any cocky fool think he can roll out a hold when he doesnot no where or when its coming from

  • @filmmaster2000 not if your doing submission holds

  • I think i have seen you but, where?????

  • this is the most easiest one that are exist.

  • You can sink in a rear naked choke. It's much easier.

  • u want real hardcore armbar - WATCH BJ PEN'S VIDS IN YOUTUBE ;)

  • People say this doesn't hurt. I guess they are used to getting there arm ripped off.

  • @lolf3ver they say it dosent hurt because they do it wrong

  • @lolf3ver exactly, you can tell that the guy he was doing it to was in pain with just a little bit of pressure

  • @lolf3ver if u dont do it right it doesnt hurt

  • dude has over 100'00 vids!

  • and do not cross your feet because they could easily pass when your feet is crossed.

  • Thats actually a hard move to get someone in but when there in there out lol.

  • Right away he should have pulled back on the arm and yelled TAP OR I SNAP!!!!

  • if you have your ankles crossed, you'll get them locked. Pretty poor technique really.

  • Yea dude seriously, if it doesnt hurt. Ur not doing it right.

  • If anyone still doubts whether armbars hurt or not, look at his face at 0:55 and 0:59.

  • i've just started Judo, prior to that as a younger man i dabbled in kung fu, karate, aikedo, boxing, kick boxing & kendo, however i never felt any of them gave me the rush that Judo does, this sport/art is awesome, i wish i had started it years ago, the class i go to has great instructors, great vibe and it's a really tough workout, we get one on one lessons from black belts and above, being ex army i love tough training and full contact, judo is perfect for me

  • @estafuego8807 im doing judo and you lern the armbar withe the 5th Kyu-Grade

  • hahahahaha i just love how the guy in the blue GI taps out the whole video

  • gotta make sure your thighs squeeze the arms, i tried this for the first time without using my thighs and he didnt tap out -_-

  • an armbar is a juijitsu technique not judo

  • @estafuego8807 Judo originates from "juijitsu" -.- noob :)

  • @SteffenMyhre no it originates from japanese ju jutsu and bjj came from judo and japanese ju jutsu

  • @SteffenMyhre jiu jitsu originates from Judo.... NOOB

  • @trooperdz you may need to READ some books. Judo is a sport, Jiu Jitsu is an art of warfare, which do you think came first? Doh!

  • @onelifeUK samurai used judo to knock down their opponents if they lost their swords. That is why judo as a sport requires the person to fall on their back as it relates to samurais who, if on their back were considered dead.

  • @trooperdz Judo or Jūdō (柔道 jūdō?, meaning "gentle way") is a modern Japanese martial art and combat sport, that was created in Japan in 1882 by Dr Kano Jigoro.

  • ha he was in pain for a good 30 seconds..

  • @andreboy316 he is pulling anywhere the pinky is pointed to

  • is he puling his arm toward his thigh or his chest?

  • would this move be considerable for self defence?

  • @hfhfhf71 if u get on the ground its good cause u can just break his/her arm

  • why d0oes he tap , its saying that its herting him?

  • Yes, arm bar hurts. He could "easily" have broken he's arm.

  • @cutecupcake10 Mhm.

  • not bad effort you get better results if you squeeze your knees together and sort of bear hug the arm and sliding along the arm and i have been taught and now teach not to go by the thumb but the little finger and yes i have broken arms doing this so not to be taken lightly

  • Evan Durham almost broke Efrain Escuandaro's arm at UFN 20. He refused to tap. LOL

  • most likely ur opponent isnt going to let you extend his arm without a fight, especially if he is able to grab his free arm before u extend. if that happens, you need to pull on his arm while pushing up with your hips to maximise leverage.

  • Nicely done and well explained.

  • You shouldn't cross your legs when doing an armbar...

  • @dirtyminded604

wait, does it matter if u cross ur legs???

  • Comment removed

  • because it is easier to control his body and movement

  • simply put; Don't.

  • why dont you just knock him behind the head when you have that position

  • because if u were to knock him in the head he would be able to get back up and continue fighting but the armbar will force him 2 submit

  • cause u give them brain damage or kill them which ever comes first

  • when i do this is just hurts me cuz when i pull his arm his elbow goes into my balls

  • pinch your legs together to keep that from happening lol

  • @wesleyisabeast

Yes i have that problem also hahaha

  • LOL i know what you mean man. i gotta buy a cup -_-

  • everytime i try to do an armbar the kid just spins out

  • I broke a kids arm doing this he tryed to fight me and I hit him got him down and snap

  • maybe he tried to resist i have saw that happening and its definetly not funny

  • yeah I know It was pritty scary seen as I just broke his arm but he was talking shit and swang a punch at me

  • shit talking is never fun hehe

  • @jesse25rox nice! lol...what grade where you in at the time?

  • @jesse25rox u serious?

  • @jesse25rox sure you did:P

  • @jesse25rox good work

  • @jesse25rox damn nice bro

  • @jesse25rox did you do what this guy showed you? or do you have actual training

  • @trainmasterxxx haha actuall training i have been doing it for 5 or 6 years now

  • @jesse25rox are you a kid?

  • @jesse25rox Your supposed to make them submit in pain not break their arm.....

  • @jesse25rox Omg. Idiot...

  • hey dude, greetings :D im ivan acuña

  • an olympic silver medalist*

  • im talking about a small technicality if u cross ur legs it makes it harder to keep the elbow in place if you push ur knees together it automatically puts the elbow in place for the arm bar making it easier to do. therefor , making it harder to cross ur legs. i do appreciate variations of techniques. i have done judo for 15 years and the not crossing your legs when u do that arm bar was actually taught to me by a silver medalist called jason morris. so im not pulling this out of my ass.

  • Wth my armbar doesnt hurt ? I tried it on my cousin and he said itfelt like he was just getting his arm stretched, not hyperextended? What exactly do you have to do to get the armbar? Like I know how to get into the position but my armbar doesnt hrut? help?

  • get closer to the guy, squeeze your legs, and thats it

  • dont do this if youre a beginner as it is really easy to break someones arm

  • that's true

  • the legs aren't supposed to be crossed when u r doing the arm bar.
