How to Install and Activate Autodesk Revit Architecture 2010

When I try to activate any Autodesk 2012 product that I have, I get a couple different blank screens after the 'Privacy Policy' page, and can't go any further to activate the products. I have my Licensing info, a login account, and have tried re-installing the products a few times already, so I don't understand what the problem is at this point.

i downloaded and installed it, but i cant figure out how to open the actual application to activate it.......help???
