I don't think the problem the traffic light so much as it's the guy pulling in front of a truck then slamming on his brakes. If there is a traffic light (and I don't see one) why didn't he slow down for it to begin with, for that matter why not anybody else but that one guy either?
The guy in the car even gets right out of the car and STROLLS into oncoming traffic like he gives no fucks. Fucking Russians man, they CAN'T drive worth shit, and all their cars are from the 80's; the auto industry's fucking dark age. I don't know why anyone would NOT have a dash cam in Russia given how many accidents happen per second there. I guess it's the guy with the cam who's getting scammed by the two cars cause he has a company that would pay for an accident and injury. Confusing...
I don't know why the car douchebag would hit the breaks after he missed the obstacle like that, especially with a truck behind him. I wasn't sure which ones were supposed to be the scammers in this instance. It looks like the front truck didn't move till the LAST second on purpose, but it seems like the truck that the camera is in was hitting his breaks. The the scammers the silver car in the right lane and the car in the middle that the truck hits? Is everyone in Russia the scammer?

I can't see anything before the "can't understand language" post since he deleted it. Well it's Russia, so everyone drives like a crazed maniac, and the truck in front of everyone waited WAY, WAAAY too late before changing lanes, of course nobody could see what was in front till he did move. And by then it was too late. But the car shouldn't have stopped after merging.
