Absolutely love this look! There are plenty of I'm Feeling Retro tutorials on here, but I like how this one is smokey and wearable...can't wait to try it.
@fathemasyeda111 No problem, my pleasure. The WNW palettes are great. I have been aiming to do some tutorials with the perament staple ones. They are just as nice and more wearable than the new ones.
wow!! i was so excited you replied back!!lol.. want to start of by saying thank you so much.
and i did your look for i dream of greenie by wetnwild and it turned out soooooo NICE! thank you... but this palette did not turn out as good and as beautiful as you, i tried it about 3 times. but i guess still good .I love your videos!!! its the best and soo helpful! you are outstandingly beautiful, and absolutely love your work! you are a a great inspiration to me. thank you again
@SpeakSoftSingLoud Lower lashline is just mascara on the bottom lashes. So it does seem that there is something there on my lower lashline on the vid. Its probably just the mascara.
I have a question? I have both the UDPP and Paint Pot in Painterly, but, is the paint pot a primer or just a cream eyeshadow? Should I still apply UDPP, before wearing the Paint Pot on my lids, or will the Paint Pot do the same job as the UDPP? Well, I guess that was more than 1 question! lol Thanks
@michellenr01 It really is one. I think. And a good one. A lot of gurus will say you only need the paint pot. Some will say the paint pots aren't good alone. I experience creasing with paint pots alone. I need UDPP and then I use the paint pot as a cream shadow. I love cream shadows bc they make shadows pop and if the shadows have shimmer they help so that there is less fall out. Paint Pots aren't necessary, but I like the effect. But I can't live without my UDPP!! I wear it under paint pots.
i was curious if you ever have trouble with your eyeshadow creasing from the jumbo pencils? i have dry skin and still for some reason they crease on me...any tips?
@MakeupFiends I would wear a primer like Too Faced or Urban Decay primer potion, I don't have that issue then, I use a little bit of the NYX jumbo pencils, just a little for a pop of color, then blend it out with a brush or your finger. and then place the shadows on top. If you have on too much cream it will crease. Hopefully that will help.
Hey Gracey, something must be going on with you, lol, in ur last 3 tutorials you've been skimping on the mega blush! You know how much i adore your beautiful bright, over the top, stand outty cheeks! Errr...where'd you go girlfren, hope your not going all natural on us! love ya xoxo
@justicet2009 Don't worry. I was all broken out that week of filming so chose to not accentuate my cheeks. I am loving and have all my crazy blush. :)
You are so talented and beautiful! Thank you for sharing your knowledge of makeup with us, you are very good at explaining everthing. I really like your style, it is very beautiful.
@catnip1986 I know my black liner is extreme. I like it that way. I hope ppl who don't like it will use it as inspiration and feel that they don't need to wear as much.
@cosmeticcouturier I love your eyeliner and I wish I could do mine as easy and flawless looking as you do! It enhances the eyes and I don't even think it's extreme, keep it up :)
@megstaaa I love eyeliner. I never really thought of it as extreme. Its normal to me, but I do consider myself an eyeliner junky soooo...yeah. But I do love the way eyeliner can make eyes just pop!!
I Love this look!! I skipped this trio because i thought they were a weird combo, but you always seem to know what else to add and blend in to make it look fabulous!! Are you a makeup artist???? You are so talented!!
@DotChin1 I generally try to keep my palettes down to a minimum, to avoid confusion. This palette is very sheer in my opinion, and needs some work, hence the use of other palettes.
