YES, this scene is so heart breaking. Juliette Binoche who won The Best Supporting Oscat Award for her magnificent Performance, in an interview said:

" We shot this scene ONLY ONCE, because it wasn't in the script for me t ocry but I was so touched that I BEGAN TO CRY AND THE DIRECTOR SAID:"CUT." and he decide to put it in the film.

She certainly deserved the Oscar. She is one of the MOST BEAUTIFUL & TALENTED ACTRESSES OF OUR TIME.

I just admire her and LOVE HER SO MUCH.
