  • What ever you used worked out great for the vid! Keep them coming!

  • Within a week or so, you'll see how much you have achieved. Examples: Sporting activity of your choice (3x/week), dates for travel/holiday being in your diary ready to go will keep you positive with something to look forward to, being brave enough to start a course of some description will give you confidence (and keep you out of the pub spending money on beer!) and you'll realise that if you can do this for a few areas of your life, then you can transpose it onto others. Try it, nothing to lose

  • Humans don't survive through the "necessity" of life coaches. Until there is a trigger in your personal situation to motivate you to change the status quo, then no amount of life coaching will help. Try this (it's free): take a pen and paper and write down a list of realistic goals that you'd like to achieve in your own fields of interest (travel, education, exercise routines, cultural pursuits). Write target dates in an agenda and book tickets, sign-up and put on jogging gear as appropriate.

  • You can't see what you can't see, that is why you need a coach.

If and when something is not working in our life, a coach may be able to help identify for you that limitation, value, belief, negative emotion, drivers etc.

If it aint broke don't fix it.

If it is not working, discover the answer

  • your hot.. i want you to be my life coach.. where are you..

    LOVE DESDOLL
