I did the technique, and I noticed that I wasnt thinking after awhile, so I asked if I am not thinking then who is observing? what is observing? Then I felt my HS behind me, just standing in the air behind me( I was up against a wall) then I took on the perspective of him, sat on my shoulders, then danced in front of me haha. This technique is legit. Thanks for the info
That's exactly what I have been doing and it works instantly. I do this all the time now, at the grocery store or anywhere as much as possible. beyond mind...so to know who we really are this is great because it brings us there...the more we can keep our attention there behind the watcher...who watches the watcher is what i usually say or what is always permanent...constant...somehow i can go about my business in this state and end up exactly where i need to be. It's very powerful! Thank you!
ok I did it properly..what did I notice: by observing I took on the perspective of the observer.. so cool tone..you describe the meditation so perfectly.. seriously I can't thankyou enough - THANKYOU - very powerfull mediation.. cheers.. AM
Thanks! This goes to my favorites.. It's kind of interesting that even though I haven't done very groundbreaking research in to meditation techniques, I actually developed a technique very similar to this when i started experimenting a few months ago :) Much Love brother
So awesome - long after I thought I had stopped all my mind chatter, a woman named Veronica Torres and her youtube channel and website showed me that there was this whole other layer of chatter going on - look her up - Eloheim channel on wordpress and on youtube - she has flaming red hair and channels a council of entities from Sonoma, CA - very helpful to get to the bottom of the chatter and to experience the Now Moment.
Very interesting looks like it deff. would work. In a way 'observing' is tricking your mind and occupying it as you stated. With it occupied this way thought patterns slow/stop during observation. Very nice man.
Love this powerful technique, Tony. "What will my next thought be?" "What is observing"..I love these questions. They definitely help one to still the mind ..Great advice, Thank you! Much Love :)
your technique is powerful indeed. meditating this way has changed my spiritual life, at one point when i went above to obSERVE, there were no thoughts in the tube, tunnel, next thing you know i had a very profound FEELING experience. no wonder people want to stay there all the time, it was quite blissful, unexpected gift.
Thanks Tony, I've been looking for a way to still my mind. I just gave it a shot and had something happening but not sure what yet. I'll keep practicing. Much love for this technique brother.
@8Recon8 Most yogic traditions prefer a "circular" type of breathwork, i.e. the inhalation / exhalation coming from different areas, but you can start off with whatever feels more comfortable to you, as long as you are able to focus upon your breath closely and slow your heart / pulse rate down. There are many ways of breathing, and we should all expirement with what resonates with us personally and what we feel most comfortable with. No right or wrong IMHO. =)
Yea, Tony's back! I love your vids my brother. I keep meaning to make a meditation vid, at least one where we all breathe together. It's very powerful & thank you for sharing your powerful technique. What is observing? Hmmmm. Namaste
