Everyone asking why Marge sounds different, it is my guess that this voice is hard to do and the person who does the voice only actually uses the real voice when it's confirmed that part will not be a deleted scene. It's not so much a deleted scene, but a beta episode or clip. Again this is just my idea, but that is probably what is going on.

@KyleCom my educated guess, I was thinking that maybe Julie Kavner was sick that day and Yeardley Smith was just temporarily just playing the part to see if they need that scene or not if so waiting until Julie comes back to do her voice again. Unfortunately this was a funny scene but was cut because of time and/or it wasn't that strong enough of a joke.

It's funny but DELETED SCENES from season 8, without full sound effects, with Marge sounding like lisa, not even in context are still funnier than the stuff they put out these days. I bet many deleted scenes are withheld just because they eventually reused the jokes.

That would be because julie kavner obviously wasn't there to record it at that time so yeardley smith (the voice of lisa) recorded it and then they deleted the scene so they didn't bring julie kavner in to do it
