I like creamy soups, hot or cold, it doesn't really matter, as long as they are creamy and delicious! :D I want to try ti! it looks fantastic! the sour cream and the chives made it super fancy! Beautiful dish like always! I been wanting to ask you if you have a camera-man? I've try to make my videos like you, you know, show step by step, do all the talking while cooking instead of record the voice later, but It is difficult when there is no one to help with the camera! Love it!

  • @stevescooking Thanks for saying so Steve! To tell the truth it is one of the most versatile soups in my arsenal. I make it rustic in the winter, nice and chunky and then a piece of toasted baquette covered in gruyere on the bottom of the bowl like in French Onion or at times I will puree it and just eat it as hot cream of potato/leek soup!   • @bowhunter2439 The truth be told Bow, yes! it would g with beer but you might get a bit gassy so I would avoid the beer and go with white wine! Always good to have you stop by! Thanks!

  • @AsianCookingmadeEasy Hi Lila! Yeah! I love the versatility of this soup. In the winter you have rustic potato leek soup that can have bread and cheese added to it. Then you can puree it as well and have a lovely cream of potato soup for winter as well. I just think it is very versatile. As always I appreciate you stopping by! Thank You!

  • It's the cold soup made by the coolest cook out there. It looks awesome and it's gluten free so I can add this one to my recipe box without any changes whatsoever. Very Cool.
