this is a simple thing

check your settings on your hotwire, youll see that either the radio is not calibrated correctly or the correct motor type has not been selected, this is not a malfuction or fault with the motor or esc, this is user error.

@1521joe one of the buttons was faulty, it was connecting even tho not being pressed.

what you might have to do if youre using a futaba Tx/Rx you have to put the throttle in reverse then try and calibrate it...
