  • i WILL START MY RELECTIONS AND PREPARATION FOR DEATH.

I THINK IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME WHERE I GO WHEN I DIE.

  • When ever i get attachment like attraction that is not good. I just think body is body.

Once it dies, it is empty of person hunger etc. Once i know this , i feel difficult.

  • This is a difficult meditation to conquer because of our attachment to form and substance. Yet we must understand that we are not our body, We occupy it like a vehicle which conveys us from one place to another, When we arrive it is no longer needed. If we can think of our self as made from light, then our vision becomes useful inwardly, If we consider ourselves as sound, we have ears to hear. It is the same for all the faculties to guide us to our true home again. Eternity.

  • I can understand this from seeing the cat die.

  • Namo Amitabha Reflection on death and impermanence is very important for everyone who wishes to begin with the Buddha Dharma practice in daily life. Videos and teachings presented here have great value. Related Visual Dharmas: Main Verses of Six Bardos by Buddha Padmasambhava, published at OBF International
