  • @MenifeeNardones my shi-poo does this constantly and now i know wat it is thank god ^^

  • Majority of people think Pugs and Boston Terriers are the only dog breeds that just do this. Simply not true.

  • My shih tzu used to do this occasionally... I thought it was like a seizure... but from watching the youtube vids I see it is a reverse sneeze... my cockapoo does it multiple times a day!

  • My pit was just doing this. I made sure his water bowl was full! Can't stand to see any dog suffer especially mines.

  • OMG!!! My Beagle does this all the time! I've had him ever since he was born. He's two years old, now, and I always thought this hurt him. Turns out, it's just natural.

  • that is mitral valve prolapse cough not reverse sneezng

  • Omggg!!! Thank you for this video! I thought my dog was going to die or something. My dog has fits like this sometimes

  • is this normal cause my dog has been doing it for years?

  • @lesliehurst100 if it last for years you should bring it to the Vet..

  • My beagle does this too. We give her a dog treat or a piece of bread and it stops. Vet said especially beagles should be on a harness because they get pinched nerve problems from a leash attached to a collar. Collar should only be used for tags.

  • the chihuahua i just got from the shelter does this i was so worried about her, glad its normal and it stops when u calm her down and gently rub throat or pinch noise a little / try to get her to breathe through mouth or get her fresh air :)

  • beagles are the best (honestly they are)

  • ...I am Only Saying This Once... Get That Eff'ing Dog Off of a Collar Choke Chain... Harnesses are Better and Safer... Sorry if I Sound Rude.., but if Ima Not.., No One Will F'n Listen...

  • My beagle/jack russell mix does this all the time. It stops when he relaxes which is sometimes harder than others.

  • OMG now I don't know what my dog has this and reverse coughing sound alike. My bab6y has been doing this on and off the last few months I was so scared he was going to die and right now I can't afford a vet Thank you so much, maybe now I won't freak out so bad when it happens.

  • OMG!!!!! Thanks for the video,i thought something was seriously wrong with my dog

  • I thought my dog was dying too when he first did it. He is a beagle also. He rarely does it, but I have learned that it is not something to get worried about and I just pet him calmly for about fifteen seconds and he's done.

  • thanks for the video! My vet sent me to here to calm me down after my lab started doing this on the fourth of July causing me to panic thinking she was about to die. He said it sounded like a reverse sneeze, but to watch a few videos to be sure. I really appriciate that this is from a vet clinic. While other videos are helpful, I trust this one a little more!

  • Thanks for this video. My dog was doing this last night for about 20 minutes and it really made me nervous. I had no idea what was wrong and she sounded exactly like this dog. Thanks, I never heard of reverse sneezing before.

  • my dog keeps doing this thanks for the vid now i know whats wrong thanks

  • Hahahahahahahaha this so nice
