@twistedmelno5 Nope, ''Protegé'' is a commonly used term in the classical music vocabulary... for example, Eric Friedman was a very well known protegé of Heifetz... and so on... but indeed, he's also a prodigy xD

I was merely pointing out the misuse of the word, and that I thought the person may have meant he was a "Prodigy". The sentence "This boy is a protege!" does not make sense within the context of what was previously written is his/her comment.

So great, that when Jean Sibelius heard her play his violin concerto on the radio, he said that she "played it masterfully in every respect. I congratulate myself that my concerto has found an interpreter of your rare standard."
