Why don't people ever talk about embryo adoption, which is actually effective. I strongly believe that some women are victims also. Abortion in the case of rape and incest amounts to 1% of Abortion procedures. And Roe vs Wade is about abortion on demand. It is as if a person breaks the law by speeding to a hospital in most cases special circumstances can be looked at on a State level. Abortion is not protected in the Constitution.

The 9th Amendment covers funamental rights not set forth in the Consitution. Which is why, in 1965 the court ruled that 'privacy' was just such a right; it was in a case involving contraception. Later, in another more famous case, the court also stated that a person's right to choose contraception or abortion is "central to personal dignity and autonomy", and that "privacy was covered under the 4th Amendment."
