I think they both did everything for the music not for fame or money. I love Meg. She added rhythm and vibe to Jack's wicked singing and guitar playing. They were taking their music to a whole different level with the album Icky Thump. Icky Thump was more technical than any of their other albums. I think they did the best thing. They said they wanted to preserve what is beautiful and special about the band and have it stay that way.
