  • My dad used play this on an old Zenith floor model Stereo, I would cry every time I heard it cause I knew one day Mom and Dad wouldn't be together, they just could not get along. They got divorced when I was 12 and then remarried about a year later, Just to divorce again when I started college, man it destroyed me, I left n moved to Myrtle Beach stayed gone til it was all over. Just didn't want to be in the middle, fightin over the money, the homeplace, the cars, but none of that mattered 2 me.

  • What did this man say and do for the judge to ban him from seeing his child and wife? "But the judge had said I could never see them for the things I'd said and done". And now he's following them around. I bet the wife was terrified. If he truly loved them, he'd leave them alone. When the boy's 18 he can decide for himself.

  • Ppl turned their backs on country music when it turned into cornball over marketed crap, this stuff rules and is what country music is really all about, honey i used to hear this stuff when I was a teenager in the 70s there were always a few people listening to it who didnt go achybreaky stupid. This-all has roots in the old call and response gospel style and is kin to blues and good rock and roll, it all evolved from those lonesome bayous and prairies and mountain hollers all over this country.
