there are a number of firefox plugins that will allow you to save youtube videos as mp3's. a quick search online shows a site called snipmp3.com where you plug the url to the video you want into their site and it provides you with a download link to the mp3 file, you should be able to use that mp3 as your ringtone.
It's fun showing this video to sad individuals who never heard of Futurama and can't figure out wtf is going on in this video.
