Everybody thought it was an interesting joke that the Illinois State daily lottery was 666 the day after his victory. Is it still a joke now that a Satanic oath has occurred and he now ordered US taxpayers to pay for more abortions?
The apostate is also probably not even a US citizen.

No, it is not. Article 2, Section 1, Clause 8 of the Constitution would seem to require the oath be recited accurately.
While it is true Mr. Obama has been the President since noon on Jan 20, they did re-administer the oath of office a second time, in what White House counsel Greg Craig called "an abundance of caution".
Probably not a big deal, but technically the first time could be construed as invalid because there was one misplaced word.
