I think it is a national disgrace that there is no asian footballer in the premier league (Bengali, Pakistani, Indian background). I don't believe England will ever win the world cup over the next 50 years at least unless they include a player from this ethnic setting. There are plenty of good footballers from these backgrounds who would love to represent England but England doesn't give them a chance and that is why England loses everytime.

Not only do the overrate themselves, they severely underrate their opposition. It was disgusting the comments that english commentators were making about other teams during the world cup. Saying that England V Slovenia is like Premiership v Third Division and also comment's like; "how many England players would you swap for Germany ones? One, two maybe."

They have the excellent talent (at the level of other premier teams), but absolutely no leader. No Beckham, Ferdinand, Shearer, etc. They are all great individual players who do not play with the same intensity as their club teams and they look lethargic.
The forwards are all over the place. Get Crouch, Defoe and Rooney in there and see if it will make a change of pace. Otherwise, this team is done after today's horrible display with Algeria. My Lord.
