There is a top secret volkswagen test track in a no-fly zone in East Germany but this isn't it. Its just the nurnburgring, as fireshallfear said. You can pay Sabine Schmidt (correct spelling?) to drive you arround it in her M5. She is the fastest driver arround the nurnburgring, by far.

top secret my ass, that is a public race track, it is the nurnburgring, for about 50 euro you can take any car out there you want, my buddy and i took my porche 911 out there.
