In my opinion, maybe its not the greatest game, but its basically the same old version from the 80's video arcade games. They weren't great but we loved them.

So.... I can't wait to download it!

1. You played on Easy - you don't die on easy. Try Jedi, and you'll die plenty, and it'll take you days if not weeks to complete. You can't do a good review on "easy".

2. 2.0 is coming out soon, and will likely change your opinion.

I think the one mistake we made was not putting the difficulty selection in the Mission menu. I don't think people realize that they are starting on Easy, and such, it "is" easy. Try hard or Jedi, and get the true experience

i love the game but i dont know what to do in the exhaust port level. Of course i saw the movie but if i shoot the exhaust nothing happens.

Best iphone games ever search Gameloft in appstore. Thier games are the best. Assasin's creed and dungeon hunter are the best not to mention they're version of madden which is actually pretty good.

Did you really just open the game and write a review without adjusting any of the sensitivity settings or change the level of difficulty... wow! This review fails!

You recorded this on a 3G device - we've since fixed the memory issues and now it looks / performs like the 3Gs version. The update JUST come out (v1.4).

I don't think this was a fair review for 2 reasons:

1. You didn't play on any other level than EASY.  Play it on Jedi, then comment. It's extremely punishing.

2. you didn't adjust the sensitivity. So, you comments on being "not very reactive" need to be addressed by adjust those settings first.

Also, you didn't mention the Arcade modes!

I whole-heartedly disagree. It's a great game, dogfighting is a little lame (but if the AI were any better it would be impossible to beat), and the trench isn't quite as easy as the reviewer suggests, particularly if you play the trench arcade mode, where each level is faster and harder than the previous. The game is a little gimmicky towards the end, but it's extremely enjoyable and worth the price.
