ive almost perfected my galbi. i followed your way of cutting the beef. taking out those fatty part. for my beef, i used a rib eye from cost co. then i added some galbi marinate (to lazy to make one from scratch hahaha) and a fresh korean pear. the korean pear really makes a big difference. it makes the beef soft and juicy. i thought it wont make that much difference, but it did. thanks for the vids.

That looks delicious, but do you have to add the green onion? When my mom makes chicken she uses it as apart of the stuff that gives it flavor, Its good but intense if I put too much. Also did you go to culinary school or instructed strictly how to cook? Your knife skills look like it. Kamsamnida!
