I used to love this game as a kid. The great thing about it was that it really seemed like there was a point to what you were doing, though I never actually figures out what the point was. U had a command central, u could buy stuff, change the colour of the base using the computer, obtain blueprints that could be used for somekind of , select different land areas to attack, obtain blueprints. and the loading music was awesome! :-)
This reminds me of Dropzone, a game I used to play a lot. They don't make them like they used to as I saw a revamp of it on the Gameboy Advance and it just took away the atmosphere, not to mention that great firework effect when you die.
Funny how make those clanking noises while walking lol
Wow, this has brought back fond memories. The picture at the beginning is the loading picture for the game and I was the one who created it. I still have the master on a 5.25" floppy disk somewhere in the loft. Must dig it out :-) The guys who created this game were Chris and Tony West and they done a brilliant job on it. They are great guys. Steve

OMG you're terrible at this game. First territory you killed on of the scientists! Second territory you exited right after entering which means all scientists are automatically lost. And thirdly you can't land on those platforms to save your life. You need to do that after completing each territory to get parts/blueprints etc. Its way too tough a game though really. Badly balanced.
Yeah, lol. I know I really suck in this game. I didn't have this game myself as a kid, I just played few times on a friends c64. I think this is actually the first time I managed to land on the platform in the bonus section.
Good point about the scientists in the second area, I exited by accident while bouncing the edge of my my bumper on the dome. I think that's just good for the demonstration for how not to play ;)
