Those regulation were a very very small fraction of the problems that caused the crash, the majority of the crash was caused by the federal reserve, the government , and government enterties such as fannie and feddie

Climate change is costing the planet 500 Billion a year or more now,how do you calculate the damage into the equation?Most of Europe and Asia will lose over a trillion this year, will the goods and services out do the damage and destruction from this year's host of catastrophes?I don't think that the game will be played the same by the end of this decade.Not only does property need to be covered, it must be replaced (when possible), and debt will need to be pardoned when climate causes lose.
