@CreepyLittleThing When he's older he'll appreciate that I didn't let him have a dirty blankie... especially since he likes to put it in his mouth all the time.
Awww, he's so heartbroken without his special blankie! Loved his reaction when it was done... straight in the mouth! lol I'm surprised Emily doesn't have one, I did when I was little.
@LadybugGirlShow Dannan has a favourite blanket but he never put it in his mouth. Lyan only wants the blanket when he can see it (or in this case he saw it and couldn't have it). He can sleep without it and everything but this day he wanted it. I think he wasn't feeling well.
Maybe a distraction next time? Seems a bit mean to just let him go don't ya reckon? When I was Charlottes bunny, we go to the park or outside so she doesn't see and has no thought about what she's missing
@rachiibuu He didn't know when it was in the washer but I forgot it was in there when I switched everything over to the dryer and he was there watching. Tried getting him to play in the backyard, putting on his favourite videos, having a snack... nothing worked. Normally he's ok with his blanket being washed but it was one of those days when he wanted it back. He did eventually cheer up about it though and was distracted enough that I had to get him to come with me to get it out of the dryer.
How cute! I have a security blanket at work for now... a sorted portfolio of folders I must have with me (since I don't trust the outdated policy manual where I bring my folder to, that same manual I will eventually be updating).
@journeysoflifevlogs I never had anything special either. I did have toys I liked but nothing I was particularly heartbroken over if I was separated from it.
Youtube is so special because all these videos will be here available for your children to see again when they are older... even when they themselves are parents...isn't that an amazing thought
@twish1999 I love that I will be able to show them all the things that they did when they were little. There are so many good memories but it is even better that they can see those memories for themselves.
Awwww bless him - you've got HUGE machines lol.

I actually remember my mom fighting to get my blankie away from me so she could wash it. Life can be so cruel....

@cjdaddy43 It is so funny that I have two boys who love their blankets. The rest of them never had anything they were particularly attached to.

@still7geo It is funny what brings us comfort to have around as adults vs what kids like to have near them.

Awww. A wash and dry cycle is so long in the mind of a 1 year old!
Cool ending to the vlog.
