  • I had Max do a Mosin bolt for me last month, it turned out great. I am still waiting on the ATI stock.

  • my dad is getting that stock, but i got the black stock, i put it on last week and it looks really nice

  • max_shepherd recently did 3 bolt conversion for me. Excellent work and with a super fast turn around time. Find him on eBay and Gun Broker.

  • Great looking bolt conversion.

  • thanks, i'm going to put up a new video soon.

Chopped the barrel a few inches and mounted a scope, it looks great.

  • perfectly done bolt receiver....i got that SAME stock but i couldnt find any scopes to match the theme so i had to paint it.....doh!!

  • BUBBA!

  • What arsenal and year?

  • If I remember correctly, 1939 Izhevsk

  • Ah. I was about to chastise you but as long as its just a run of the mill 39 izzy I don't care...

  • haha alright

  • Just don't bubba up too many of them 39 izzys. ;)

  • I just did one as a project, I'm gonna buy a few 91/30s and some m44s and leave them original and use em as brush guns (the m44s)

  • Dont pay them no mind, It looks great, I like the Camo! I got a the black ATI and had a pain floating and bedding it! They have no history to a most Americans, like the Mauser, also most customized action and rifle I know of, and will be worth $59 (what I paid years ago) forever unless some people like you and me make sportsers out of them! So everyone sitting on primitive crude tooled rifles dont give him a hard time, all the Bubba's are making yours go up! Geesh yall act like it was a FINNISH

  • " I madanized it " lol

  • way to ruin a piece of history bubba

  • Don't watch these videos if you don't want to see this.

There are 20 million nagants in surplus, "bubba"ing one won't hurt as long as it isn't a rare serial number.

  • Right on.

  • Why would you spend so much money soupin-up an old WW2 rifle when you can buy a modern day hunting rifle wich is way more relible and more accurate for less? And I nown a M44, but I would nevver doin anything to it because it looks great as it sits.

  • Well I'm buying a Savage 110 in .300WM next week so I just did this as a project

  • I spent a total of $180 soupin-up mine the same way this guy did I spent $80 on the rifle and used a scope I had laying around. So for $260 bucks I got a nice very reliable rifle, And at 300yds it is grouping at just over 2 inches. Not bad for a mismatched milsurp.

By the way Max Sheppard off of E-bay is the man. He does great work on the bolts for these. Could hardly recognize it when I got it back.

  • where did you buy it? and for how much?

  • Gun show, for $120 in perfect condition

  • very nice looking rifle

  • thanks
