I think he has pretty good fundamentals,he's got a quick transition from the glove to the hand as he's getting in his set position to throw the ball.I never have liked infielders that bring their gloves up from the ground and back down.I've always believed that if you keep it down and at the approximate trajectory of the ball, it increases your chances of fielding the ball cleanly.Bringing the glove up and hastily getting it back down tends to cause errors,but pros have made millions doing it.
