The F-117 didn't have its doors open buddy.
Wow Russians have some truly shitty flight gear. First off, their visors aren't even shaped to fit over their masks. Then their masks can't even stay on their faces under high G. I'll take Gentex HGU and MBU over their gear anyday. Really nice formation aerobatics though. Especially considering how friggin large those aircraft are. Can't take that away from them.

I too was surprised to see the dipping and diving in formation. Having seen the Red Arrows both live and, more relevant here, on TV air-to-air footage, I can say the Russian Knights were a bit flaky in comparison. Awesome looking aircraft though! Who's the best? Pointless question as that depends on one's nationality :)

look up Ukranian Airshow disaster here on youtube or Google it. I don't know who was piloting it (Russian or Ukranian or if there's even really a difference). Pilot made it out alright, 80+ civilians dead, hundreds wounded. Never heard of an American jet, or Blue Angel doing that.

US TAS isn't used very much in Iraq anymore because there are no mechanized hard targets and the entire war is fought in neighborhoods. In fact there is very little fighting done at all in Iraq. i have to agree. they're good but they are a bit shakey and when they do the four plane diamond formation they werent as compact as the blue angels get. im kinda disappointed seeing this cuz these are are some of the most manuverable planes and yet there shaking . the blue angels are more stable when in formations like the diamond formation. blue angels are the better demo team. cuz theyre most stable in Form. and get more compact in Form.
