I didn´t say I dislike, I have been seen a lot of Tunas and tenors over my life, I have been did a lot of analisys about opera and arias in particular; I just said Iheard a lot of vibratto, I still do, but I didnt attack him or his tuna, I think they have good sound actually, but if you are going to compare him with Gigli, Schipa or Caruso, you are lost.
Too much vibrato? That's stupid. How many opera singers have you seen not singing this aria with much vibrato? It's supposed to be sung like that. You may however say that either 1) you don't like this style of singing, or 2) you don't think they should be playing this aria in that particular context. I for example don't like this mixture.
Please learn a little bit more than you currently know about opera, before "attempting" sound like you know what you're talking about. TOO MUCH VIBRATO was used, fool.
You're retarded, first for the tone of your comment, second for your arrogance. You clearly have no idea. Show me a hand full of opera singers who do not sing this aria with much vibrato. I guess you're the cyclops amidst the blind. Now go shove it up your behind, maybe you'll see it shinning there.
I'll actually make your life easy: look up Una Furtiva Lagrima and listen to a few interpretations by Kraus, Schmidt, Pavarotti, Caruso, Gigle, or Schipa. Then come tell me how real tenors sing this aria without much vibrato. I mean after you take your head out your ass, of course, otherwise you won't hear but shit.

B+ for trying one of the most difficult arias for a Tenor to sing.

Yes, too much vibrato, but a good voice for a "Tuno" congratulations.

I totally agree... too much was used, a true tenor would know this unlike the "kids" that disagree with you're good observation..
