@lorellbly thought i'd just throw my two cents at you. lol. i am a true brown complexion, maybe lighter than you but i have to tell you honestly you can wear ANY and ALL colors. Dont be afraid of color and dont let people make you think because you have dark AND UNIQUE skin that you can not wear color. I personally think that bright colors look better on darker complexions. Very pigmented shadows are easy to find. if youre looking for a palette that can be multitasked, then try Coastal Scents.

@lorellbly and also, check out your locak dollar stores too. I found when I first started in makeup practicing with inexspensive makeup made for great practice. And pigmentation can be altered. Using them wet or over bases and primers, which I highly recommend, can take a cheapo 1$ product and make it look like high end cosmetics. So I hope that helps you. Make it your own and do what you think looks good. WOC gurus- ColoredBeautiful and DestinyGodley, Twinkeez2003 are great teachers. Good Luck

@lorellbly I think anybody can wear any color whether it is bright or neutral. it's how u wear it and how well you blend it. Purple and gold are also really pretty. Try out diff shadows and don't be afraid of color
